At PlayTechEU we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely and reliably anywhere in Europe and beyond.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, all orders are delivered within 4-7 business days across Europe via DHL courier service. DHL provides reliable, trackable delivery to all European destinations.
Shipping Carrier PlayTechEU ships exclusively with DHL for all international orders. DHL delivers to over 220 countries and territories worldwide with full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value — check our current promotions for details.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. You can track your delivery in real time at dhl.com using your tracking number.
Packaging All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Large or fragile items receive additional protective packaging for safe transit.
Gift Wrapping PlayTechEU offers complimentary gift wrapping on all orders completely free of charge. Simply select the gift wrap option at checkout and we will beautifully wrap your order ready for gifting. Perfect for birthdays, holidays and special occasions.
International Orders — Customs & Duties All PlayTechEU orders are shipped from within the European Union. No customs duties or import taxes apply for deliveries within EU member states. For orders delivered outside the European Union, the customer is fully responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and are beyond our control.
Returns Shipping Costs Please note that all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer in all circumstances: 🔄 Change of mind returns — the customer pays both the return shipping cost back to PlayTechEU and any reshipping cost for an exchange. 🛠️ Warranty & guarantee claims — the customer pays both the shipping cost to send the product back to PlayTechEU and the return shipping cost back to the customer after the claim has been processed. PlayTechEU does not cover any shipping costs associated with returns, exchanges or warranty claims under any circumstances.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit please contact us immediately at support@playtecheu.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
