PlayTechEU Returns Policy

At PlayTechEU we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order please read our returns policy carefully below.

14-Day Right of Return In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the product must be: ✅ In its original, unsealed condition ✅ In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and contents included ✅ Free from any physical damage caused after delivery ✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: ❌ Opened software, digital products or license keys ❌ Ink cartridges and consumables that have been opened or used ❌ Products with broken seals where the seal indicates the return policy ❌ Custom or personalised orders

How To Return An Order

1.Contact us at support@playtecheu.com with your order number and reason for return

2.Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions

3.Package the product securely in its original packaging

4.Ship the product back to us via a trackable courier service

Return Shipping Costs All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer in all circumstances: 🔄 Change of mind returns — the customer pays both the return shipping cost to PlayTechEU and any reshipping cost for an exchange. 🛠️ Warranty & guarantee claims — the customer pays both the shipping cost to send the product back to PlayTechEU and the return shipping cost back to the customer after the claim has been processed. PlayTechEU does not cover any shipping costs associated with returns, exchanges or warranty claims under any circumstances.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2-3 business days. ✅ Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days ❌ Rejected returns will be shipped back to the customer at their expense

Warranty Claims All products sold by PlayTechEU are sourced through official EU-certified distributors and carry full European manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and brand — please refer to the manufacturer's warranty documentation included with your product.Under EU consumer protection law, all products sold within the European Union carry a minimum 2-year legal guarantee. As a European Union customer you have the right to claim warranty service in any EU member state — meaning you can contact the manufacturer's local service center in your own country directly without shipping your product back to us.We strongly recommend EU customers to claim warranty directly through the manufacturer's official service center in their country of residence, as this is typically faster, more convenient, and eliminates international shipping costs entirely.To find your nearest authorized service center, visit the manufacturer's official website or contact their local customer support team directly.If you require any assistance with your warranty claim please don't hesitate to contact us at support@playtecheu.com and we will do our best to help guide you through the process.

Exchanges If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or variant please contact us at support@playtecheu.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for both the return and the replacement shipment.
